Sign up for the Ski and Snowboard Club for 2024 is now available. This season we will only be offering spots for  kids and have beginning  instruction. The deadline to sign up has been extended until more participants sign up. The first night for the club is scheduled for January 12th. The Club is primarily designed for students from ages 8 through 17 with a membership cost of $25.00 per student. Members are also required to purchase either a full Season Pass -OR- a Fabulous Friday Nights Season Pass, in addition to the Club membership at the time of registration. (Fabulous Friday Nights Season Pass holders are also eligible to purchase a Fabulous Friday Nights Season Ski -or- Snowboard Rental Package, with tubing included in the purchase of either season pass.) Click here to purchase passes. If a child has completed beginner level instruction in the past couple of years please consider holding off registration for beginner lessons.

The Club will meet for six consecutive Friday nights beginning on January 12, 2024 and ending on February 16, 2024. Each night lessons are broken up into two sessions. Session 1 normally starts at 5:30 p.m. and Session 2 usually starts at 7:00 p.m. Each lesson session lasts about an hour followed by free time on the hill.

The Ski and Snowboard Club is organized by local volunteers consisting of the members from the Friends of Bruce Mound and area schools. Ski and Snowboard Instructors are also a vital part to this program. Kids between the ages of 8 and 17 can register for this program for a fee and receive 6 Friday night sessions of instruction in January and February. This instruction will last for an hour while the hill is open, club participants are then free to spend the reminder of their evening practicing those skills learned on the hill with family, friends and fellow club members. Club members are required to purchase a Fabulous Friday Night Lift Ticket or Season Pass with registration for the Club. Club members may also take advantage of the Friday Season Rental Pass as well.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons

Lessons are typically available on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00am and 1:00pm, however are subject to availability of instructors. Exceptions to those scheduled lesson times may be available by advance bookings. To book in advance please contact Keith at 715-937-3841. Those who wish to partake in a lesson must arrive at the hill 30 minutes prior to the start of their lesson to ensure they are ready to begin their lesson promptly. If you are not present and ready to begin at the start of your lesson, your lesson time may be forfeited.

King & Queen of the Mound  

February 17th, 2024 Starting at 1pm

Programmed Race- 3 age category for guys and gals; 3 and under, 10 to 15, 16 and up - medals awarded to top 3 finishers in each category.

All registration for this event is the day-of on-site at the starting gate.

Award Ceremony will be at 3:45pm.

(Or a splash)  Come on out to our annual ski the pond event and try your best stay afloat. Don't forget your towel and a change of clothes.
