Wild Rock Horse Trail
Clark County is proud to offer some of the finest horse trails in Wisconsin. Enjoy more than 40 miles of trail that wind and loop through a portion of the nearly 135,000 acre Clark County Forest. The trail system utilizes forest lands ranging from easy to more difficult terrain. These trails do not have set open or closing dates and conditions dictate the trails current status.
Wild Rock County Park provides convenient trail access and a day use area complimented by playground equipment and a shelter. Overnight camping is available with 27 campsites, sanitary dump station, potable water and electric and water service to many sites. Picket lines and manure bunkers are available for use within the campground. There is also a warming shelter with a wood fire place at the park that remains open from Labor Day into the fall riding season. This shelter is closed before the nine day gun deer season and remains closed until the winter ATV & Snowmobile season begins.
