NEW Nurse Practitioner on site the 4th Wednesday of every month. Services include (not an all-inclusive list):

  • Annual Reproductive Health Exams to include PAP, Pelvic, & Clinical Breast Exams

  • Comprehensive STI Testing & Treatment Services to include HIV & Syphilis

  • Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (Intrauterine Device & Nexplanon) Insertion & Removal

Appointments are REQUIRED. 

Services Available: 

  • Education & Counseling

  • Free or Low-Cost Methods of Birth Control

  • STI Testing (Men & Women)

  • Referrals 

  • Pregnancy Tests

  • Presumptive Eligibility for Family Planning Waiver​

MyACCESS Mobile App:

Manage your benefits on the go with the MyACCESS mobile app. It is a free mobile app that helps people manage their benefits from their smartphone. With the app, people are able to:

  • See a high-level overview of the programs they are enrolled in and when their next renewal is due.

  • Receive reminders of actions they need to take or documents they need to submit.

  • Submit documents (i.e., proof of income) and track their status in real time.​​​​​

Secure Entrance

  • The Clark County Courthouse has a secure entrance, where individuals must enter and exit. It is located at the Northwest 1st floor doors along E. 6th Street. An entrance and exit for those who are handicapped or disabled is available at the South 5th floor doors along E. 5th Street.

From Hwy 10

  • Take Hewett Street North.

  • Turn right on E. 6th Street.

  • Parking lot will be on left.

​

From Hwy 73

  • Take Hwy 73 South into Neillsville. Turn left on E. 6th Street.

  • Parking lot will be on left.
