Clark County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the salvage and removal of four barns at the Clark County Fairgrounds. Bid packets may be obtained from Clark County Forestry and Parks Department by calling 715-743-5140 or electronically through email upon request to Rick Dailey at email@example.com.
Bids shall be submitted to and received by the Clark County Forestry and Parks Department no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2020. Bids will not be accepted by fax. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on June 4, 2020 at the Clark County Courthouse, Room 101 (Auditorium), 517 Court Street, Neillsville, WI 54456. Bids are scheduled to be awarded at a public meeting scheduled for June 9, 2020.
Salvage and removal of three horse barns may begin August 11, 2020 and shall be completed by August 30, 2020. Salvage and removal of the beef barn shall begin after all horse barns are removed and completed by November 30, 2020.
The award of contract will be made to the responsible/qualified bidder submitting the bid most advantageous to Clark County and subject to the terms contained within the bid packet. Clark County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof.
